It is quite obvious that Jennifer is passionate about what she does. She really puts her heart into it. Jennifer gave us nothing but outstanding service with her constant communication through email and telephone with new listings and would call just to see where we were at – she truly cares. She has fantastic knowledge of the Langley area, right down to the schools.
We looked through several properties on quite a few occasions; Jennifer was very flexible and eager to show us homes. As well she would go beyond that to book a few extra showings of listings that she found - that was always a nice surprise as we would drive from Coquitlam, she made it worth the trip. She was always available and was extremely patient with us, especially our young daughter at times.
She always kept our best interests in mind and we never felt pressured by Jennifer in any way. We had felt that from other realtors in the past, but Jennifer was so supportive of our decisions. She was also very reassuring when we were making our final decision on the home that we have purchased. Jennifer took a lot of time to explain things thoroughly which we really appreciated.
On a personal note, Jennifer is very friendly and personable, trustworthy, honest and always so approachable.
With our overall experience we would very highly recommend Jennifer to anyone, she helped us tremendously in one of the biggest decisions we will ever have to make. We know that we made the best decision for our family, thanks to Jennifer. We enjoyed the time that we spent looking through homes with her; she made it less stressful and more enjoyable.
